Chutneys & Condiments

No Indian meal feels quite complete without a chutney or condiment on the side. These small but mighty additions bring freshness, heat, tang, and texture to the table, often turning a simple meal into something memorable.

Made with herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables, and pantry staples, Indian chutneys and condiments are all about bold flavor with very little fuss.

Some are fresh and vibrant, like this green chutney without mint or this versatile tamarind sauce both of which have their place in any Indian starter platter.

Others, such as caramelised onion chutney and chana dal chutney are rich, spicy, and deeply flavorful and instantly brighten up any plate.
